Headlines of this nature are ubiquitous in the press and are often followed by thinly veiled advertisements for a nutriceutical, a natural herb of some sort, or a new game designed to challenge your brain.

Nonetheless, there are some well validated choices one can make that increase the likelihood of maintaining good brain health. I try to emphasize those choices in this blog as a means of separating the science from the hype.
